Russ and Misty Ibison have been mixing up their delicious home cooking in their traveling kitchens for over 25 years. Their concession and catering business is thriving because when you book the Ibison’s, they will personally arrive with their colorful trailers, purchase fresh local ingredients, and prepare your food as if they were feeding family. They decided from the beginning that they were going to specialize in feeding a crowd high quality food quickly. With recipes and ingredients everyone can enjoy, their concession and catering services can’t be beat.
Ibison Concessions got their start at county fairs and community events, but found they were asked to bring their festival food style trailers to traditional catering events. Everyone can find something to love from our clean mobile kitchens, which led us to offer Catering by Festival Foods. Both Ibison Concessions and Catering by Festival Foods are owned and operated by Russ and Misty Ibison, and deliver signature treats like our family recipe elephant ears.
